خدمات البترول البحرية تبحث التعاون مع أدنوك الإماراتية ضمن فعاليات أديبك

تواصل شركة خدمات البترول البحرية (PMS) مشاركتها المتميزة ضمن جناح وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية المصرية في معرض ومؤتمر أديبك الدولي 2025، المقام في العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي، حيث شهد اليوم الثالث من المعرض إقبالًا كبيرًا من الزوار وممثلي كبرى الشركات الإقليمية والعالمية العاملة في مجالات الطاقة والخدمات البحرية.

وفي إطار خطتها التوسعية لتعزيز حضورها الإقليمي والدولي، عقدت PMS لقاءً مع ممثلي شركة أدنوك الإماراتية، جرى خلاله بحث سبل التعاون والشراكات الاستراتيجية المستقبلية داخل دولة الإمارات، وذلك في ضوء سعي الشركة لافتتاح فرع جديد لها في الدولة لدعم توسعها في مشروعات الطاقة والبنية التحتية البحرية، وتعزيز تواجدها في الأسواق الخليجية.

وتُعد شركة بترول أبوظبي الوطنية (أدنوك) من أكبر شركات الطاقة في العالم، وتضطلع بدور محوري في تنمية وتطوير قطاع النفط والغاز في دولة الإمارات، عبر سلسلة متكاملة من الأنشطة تشمل الاستكشاف والإنتاج والتكرير والتوزيع، إضافةً إلى تبنيها مبادرات مبتكرة في مجالات الاستدامة والتحول في قطاع الطاقة، مما يجعلها شريكًا استراتيجيًا محوريًا للشركات العاملة في هذا المجال على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي.

كما شهد اليوم الثالث لقاءات نوعية مع نخبة من كبرى الشركات العالمية المتخصصة في توريد وتشغيل الوحدات البحرية، حيث ناقشت PMS فرص التعاون الممكنه بما يسهم في تعزيز كفاءتها التشغيلية وتوسيع نطاق خدماتها البحرية وفقًا لأعلى المعايير الدولية للجودة والسلامة.

وفي سياق متصل، التقت PMS بعدد من الشركات العالمية المتخصصة في مجالات التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي، وذلك ضمن استراتيجيتها الطموحة للتحسين المستمر وتطبيق أحدث الحلول الرقمية في إدارة الموارد وأنظمة التشغيل ومتابعة المشروعات، بما يدعم كفاءة الأداء ورفع معدلات الأمان والإنتاجية.

كما عقدت الشركة اجتماعات مع كبرى الشركات العاملة في تقنيات اللحامات الحديثة واعمال الفحص، واستعراض احدث تكنولوجيا الفحص بدقه وكفاءه عاليه وقد تم الاتفاق على تنظيم عروض فنية وتقديمية بمقر الشركة بمصر لعرض آليات تطبيق هذه التقنيات بالمشروعات البحريه ومواقع العمل المختلفه، في إطار خطة PMS لتطوير قدراتها الفنية وتبني أحدث الممارسات العالمية في مجالات التصنيع البحري بما ينعكس على رفع كفاءة الانتاج.

وشهد اليوم أيضًا سلسلة من اللقاءات والحلقات النقاشية مع وفود وشركات من مختلف دول العالم، التي أعربت عن اهتمامها بالتعرف على الخبرات والإمكانات المتميزة التي تمتلكها PMS في تنفيذ المشروعات البحرية الكبرى وخدمات الدعم الفني والهندسي.

Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) continues its outstanding participation within the pavilion of the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2025), held in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi. The third day of the exhibition witnessed a large turnout of visitors and representatives from major regional and international companies operating in the fields of energy and marine services.

As part of its expansion strategy to strengthen its regional and international presence, PMS held a meeting with representatives of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to discuss potential areas of cooperation and future strategic partnerships in the UAE. The meeting comes in light of the company’s plans to open a new branch in the country to support its expansion in energy and offshore infrastructure projects, and to enhance its presence in Gulf markets.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of the world’s largest energy companies and plays a pivotal role in the development of the oil and gas sector in the UAE through an integrated value chain that covers exploration, production, refining, and distribution. ADNOC also pioneers innovative initiatives in sustainability and energy transition, making it a key strategic partner for companies operating in this field regionally and globally.

The third day also featured high level meetings with leading international companies specialized in the supply and operation of marine units, during which PMS discussed potential collaboration opportunities aimed at enhancing its operational efficiency and expanding the scope of its marine services in line with the highest international standards of quality and safety.

In addition, PMS met with several global companies specializing in technology and digital transformation as part of its ambitious strategy for continuous improvement and the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions in resource management, operations, and project monitoring supporting performance efficiency and boosting safety and productivity levels.

The company also held meetings with major companies specialized in modern welding and inspection technologies, where the latest high precision inspection systems were reviewed. It was agreed to organize technical presentations and demonstrations at PMS headquarters in Egypt to showcase the application of these technologies in offshore projects and various worksites. This initiative is part of PMS’s plan to develop its technical capabilities and adopt global best practices in offshore fabrication, thereby enhancing productivity and operational excellence.

The day also included a series of meetings and discussion sessions with delegations and companies from around the world, who expressed great interest in learning more about PMS’s expertise and capabilities in executing large-scale offshore projects and providing technical and engineering support services.
